MS 7000 เป็นสินค้าเคมีเฉพาะทาง ผลิดจากเคมีคุณภาพ เป็นได้ทั้งซีลแลนท์และบอนดิ้ง ไม่มีฟองอากาศ ยืดหยุ่นตัวได้สูงถึง 800 % ยึดแน่นเป็นพิเศษ ไร้กรด ใช้กับงานยาแนวรอยต่อได้เกือบทุกประเภท เหมาะกับงานโครงสร้างอาคาร ต่อแผ่นพรีคาสท์ งานซ่อมรอยต่อผนังแตกร้าว งานยาแนวรอยรั่วอาคารสูง งานซีลยาแนวกรอบเฟรมหน้าต่าง คอมโพสิต กระจกอลูมิเนียม งานยึดติดประตู หรืองานก่อสร้างทั่วไป ทนทานต่อแสง UV ได้นานนับ 10 ปี
